ARC Robotics UK takes your privacy seriously. We store the bare minimum required to handle orders from this website and we make every effort to keep that information secure.

What we store

In order to handle orders, we require the following information:

• Your name
• Your address
• Your email address

We store order histories for 7 years, as required for legal and financial audit purposes.

Where does the information come from?

We require you fill out the information for billing and shipping in the checkout process.  You provide this information to us (ARC Robotics UK).

How do we use the data?

Our payments processor, Paypal, handles the payment process on our behalf.  We may pass the information your enter at checkout to Paypal for the purposes of fraud detection and prevention.  For direct ship products (Currently only Antweight ESCs HV v4), these ship direct from our suppliers.  We may pass your information directly to the supplier for the purposes of fulfilment of the order.  Under no circumstances will any of our suppliers contact you except in relation to delivery of an order from our store.

Your rights

You have a right to request that we remove or otherwise anonymise all personally identifiable information we hold on our records.  If you choose to request this, we will no longer be able to ship any existing, unfulfilled orders to you.  We will still hold your data on the database, but in an anonymised format.

As we hold daily, monthly, and yearly database backups, such backups will continue to hold your information for the purpose of point-in-time recovery. We will hold a separate, independent record of requests to be removed and should a point in time backup be required, we will endeavour to remove all those requested to be removed subsequent to the restoration of that backup.
